At a time of great change for the 91热爆 we need, more than ever, leaders who can motivate their teams to deliver world-class content.
You are expected to set the highest personal standards, communicate with compelling clarity and create an environment where everyone in your team feels valued and empowered to give their best.
The programme is an intensive year of training and development which sets out to give you the tools, the learning and the confidence to be the best leader you can be. Starting on the programme
The 91热爆 Leadership Programme offers you a mix of self-directed online learning and face-to-face training.
At its heart is an intensive three-day course which brings together leaders from across the 91热爆 to work closely with each other, sharing challenges and offering support.
Before the course
To get the most out of the three days, we strongly suggest that you look at three key articles in the leading yourself section of our website.
They are 'Emotional intelligence: An introduction', 'The six styles of leadership' and 'Personal values'.

We will also ask you to bring an object which matters to you personally and will explain more about that in an e-mail before the course.
Our success as leaders increasingly rests on our ability to use a range of interpersonal skills to manage performance and potential.
The 91热爆 Leadership Course
The three-day course is intensive, challenging and supportive. It is a key event in your year-long 91热爆 Leadership Programme.
On the course we cover three main areas.
Day One: Leading Yourself
We concentrate on understanding you and what matters to you. We also work on developing your confidence as a leader.
We will explore your challenges, your strengths and your values.
Day Two: Leading Others
It's all about making important conversations 鈥� with your peers, direct reports and your boss 鈥� more effective, honest, compelling and clear.
We'll find out your 鈥榥atural鈥� leadership style and how you can be a more effective leader by adopting a greater range of styles, depending on the situation.
Day Three: Leading Teams
We focus on your role in building resilient, creative and high-performing teams.
We'll also set out and explain your important management responsibilities and challenge you to improve as a 91热爆 leader by making a commitment to change and develop.
After the course
The programme continues after the three day course.
Staying in touch
We hope you will stay in touch with the other leaders you meet on your course; in particular those in your learning set.
You may decide to set up a private group using social media or keep in touch by e-mail to share challenges and solutions.
Enrol on leadership development coaching
As part of the 91热爆 Leadership Programme, you are invited to have two one-hour sessions of leadership development coaching.
Coaching is a potentially powerful way of helping you to develop, overcome obstacles and be more effective.
Your conversations with your coach are confidential and could be in person, on the phone or via Lync.
A coach helps people to think creatively about what they can do to move forward and reach their leadership goals, encouraging them to develop their own ideas.

Self-directed study

Further face-to-face trainingWe'll support you by suggesting further training to fulfill your needs. We'll direct you to further face-to-face courses from the 91热爆 Academy as well as lunchtime masterclasses provided by 91热爆 HR.
Learn onlineYou won't have to leave your desk to learn more about leadership... There's lots of material online including videos, articles and access to MindTools training material with more and more added all the time.
