- Reporting to the 91热爆鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with 91热爆 Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of 91热爆鈥檚 reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the 91热爆.
Biography
Prior to joining the 91热爆, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world鈥檚 leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 91热爆 staff on behalf of the 91热爆 and claimed through the 91热爆's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 91热爆 and booked through the 91热爆's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
