In 'I have a right to...' Dan Damon presents a three-part documentary series examining the impact on human rights of the September 11 attacks.

From new anti-terrorism laws in Europe and the United States to crackdowns on political opposition in developing countries, the so-called "War on Terror" has, in the eyes of many human rights campaigners, prompted an erosion of civil liberties around the world.

The third and final programme looks at the change in international perspectives on human rights and whether this has been taken by some countries as a green light to stamp out political opposition.

In search of some answers, Dan Damon considers two countries: Israel and Uzbekistan.
