Photos

When submitting an image please make sure you are the copyright holder for the image. Usually this means you took the image yourself.

Please do not send:

• professional photos, including school photographs, images from books, postcards or photos you have found on the internet
• photos featuring artwork or a prominent logo
• photos featuring children aged under 16 unless you can show you have parental consent

Submission terms for Flickr

• By sharing your photo with 91Èȱ¬ Wales Nature on Flickr you agree to grant to the 91Èȱ¬, free of charge, permission to use your photo (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) on bbc.co.uk, and 91Èȱ¬ Wales
• Copyright in your photo will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use it in any way including allowing others to use it
• To enable the 91Èȱ¬ to use your photo, you confirm that it is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK law and/or anyone's copyright, that you have the right to give the 91Èȱ¬ permission to use it for the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your photo
• The 91Èȱ¬ reserves the right to not accept your photo for any reason at our discretion including the ability to remove it from the 91Èȱ¬ Wales Nature group on Flickr if it breaches any of the terms above
• The 91Èȱ¬ may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes and will contact you in accordance with the 91Èȱ¬'s Privacy Policy
• If you do not want to grant the 91Èȱ¬ the permission set out above on these terms, please do not share your photo with the 91Èȱ¬ Wales Nature group on Flickr
• Don't endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when taking your photos
• Please note that the 91Èȱ¬ is not responsible for the content of any external websites and/or any personal data you submit to external websites, including Flickr. Any use of Flickr will be subject to its terms of use. Please refer to Flickr's terms of use and privacy policy before submitting any content to the 91Èȱ¬ Wales Nature group on Flickr. To the extent that there is a conflict with these terms, the above terms will only apply to the 91Èȱ¬'s use of your photo for the purposes set out above

Video

Please submit only video for which you hold the copyright. Usually this means you filmed it yourself

You should also have the consent of any other people involved in the video, whether the filming took place on their property or whether they are taking part. This includes obtaining parental consent for under 16s

Please mark your video clearly with your name and address so that we can return it to you.

Your rights

While you still own the copyright to your material, submitting it to the 91Èȱ¬ means that you agree to grant us a payment-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material. See the 91Èȱ¬'s central terms of use page for full details.
