The day of liberty is at hand for Spiro's two budgies. Unfortunately, they won't come out of their cage. Spiro tries to coax them out with a lure, but it's only when he takes the cage off its base that they start flying wildly around the room, to the children's screams. It's not quite what Spiro had in mind, but eventually things calm down again.
