Sound of the EighTEES – Saturday 28th March – a night to celebrate all that was the 80s!

Other events:

We run some regular events - Cherry B’s Burlesque & Cabaret, Loosely Acoustic – our monthly acoustic night, Milestones Jazz nights, Asylum and loads of other one off events.

What is your venue most famous for?

A lovely old venue, full of character, good quality live music and the spiritual home of the Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival.

What's the biggest act you've had?

The Arctic Monkeys, the Maccabees

What's your plans for the future?

Keep going where we have – putting on more diverse gigs and events.

What do you do for local bands?

Our monthly club night, Wired features local bands, we also run the Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival and give local bands a chance to play on the main stage supporting the likes of Super Furry Animals, Happy Mondays, Badly Drawn Boy. We also have recording and rehearsal rooms next door and we’re running an all day festival on Easter Sunday (12th April) for local bands who use our rehearsal rooms.

How can people get involved if they want to work with you?

We run a volunteer and training programme for anybody who wants to get involved with us that way, we also have an events team that meets regularly for anyone who wants to put on nights at the Georgian.
