91热爆 Tees Fan of the Match competition
1.听听 The competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, over the age of 16, except 91热爆 employees and anyone connected with the competition. Proof of age may be requested.
2. The Fan of the Match (鈥淔OTM鈥) competition is run weekly throughout the football season.
3. Entrants have to send in post-match comments following each weekend鈥檚 Middlesbrough league match. Written comments should be no longer than 100 words and must not be defamatory, obscene, infringe copyright or in any other way unfit for broadcast.
4.听 Entry to the competition is by calling or texting the numbers given out on the 91热爆 Tees Sport programme or by emailing tees.sport@bbc.co.uk听
Each phone call or text will be at standard network rate. Callers must have the bill payer鈥檚 consent. Opening times for calling, texting or emailing will be stated during the programme. The competition will close at 1800 on Sunday each week. Calls made outside those times will not count as entries and will be charged.
5.听 All entrants must supply their daytime telephone number.
6.听 The winning entrant each week will be the one judged the most interesting, relevant or amusing. The winner will be announced during the 91热爆 Tees Sport show with Ali Brownlee programme on Monday evenings.
7. By submitting an entry entrants grant the right for the 91热爆 to broadcast the entries on air, publish them online or in any other media as it thinks fit. Not all entries will be read on air and whether or not an entry is read out will have no bearing on which entry is judged the best.
8. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
9.听 The prize for each competition consists of two pairs of tickets to the next Middlesbrough FC home game. The winners and guests must not be subject to any order banning them from attending a football match. The 91热爆 reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative prize if deemed necessary.
10. The prize is as stated. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be sold or transferred.
11.听 The 91热爆鈥檚 decision as to the winner is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
12.听 The winner will be notified within 2 days of the close of the competition on the number or email address used for the competition. If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made the 91热爆 reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future 91热爆 competition.
13. Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if required
14. The 91热爆 reserves the right to disqualify any entries that breach these rules or are in any way fraudulent or inaudible. The 91热爆 also reserves the right to cancel a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
15. The 91热爆, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
16. The 91热爆 will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission. You can read more about the 91热爆 Privacy Policy here .
17. This competition is administered by the 91热爆 and is subject to the law of England and Wales.
