On Friday in the 91热爆 Open Centre we played host to ladies from Eritrea, who prepared traditional North East African coffee. The special blend of coffee was first roasted until it become dark in colour and it was grinded and put in to a clay pot with water then heated by gas. Once the coffee began to pour out from the pot it was ready to be served. Mariam Ali and Heaven Daniel told us: "This is an ancient tribal tradition in Eritrea and is made to bring the local community together to talk over a hot cup of coffee." Any Mela celebration could really happen without Bollywood music or dance, so showing off his dancing skills we had Tabraiz Yousaf strutting his stuff on the dance floor. Tabraiz said: "Bollywood music is all about storytelling, must of the songs from the Indian Movies are related to feeling and romance and is best told through dance."
