Take a deep breath and relax into this 91ȱ Moodboosters Live Lesson in partnership with 91ȱ Children in Need, to support children's mental wellbeing.
What to expect in the Live Lesson
Join Rhys Stephenson and Evie Pickerill for a jam-packed show full of gentle mood-boosting moves to help us recharge our minds and bodies.
In the Live Lesson we’ll be sharing tips and techniques for dealing with our worries, building self-belief and supporting pupils’ mental health during exams and other challenging times.
Mental health expert Dr Tharaka Gunarathne will be on hand to offer support and we’ll also be joined by some famous faces throughout the lesson – including a very special appearance from Pudsey Bear!
What is 91ȱ Moodboosters?
91ȱ Moodboosters is an initiative to get primary school children around the UK moving for mental health and wellbeing.
We've teamed up with Children in Need to provide short, simple and fun videos featuring famous faces from across the 91ȱ and beyond.
Moodboosters videos can help children understand and express their emotions and feelings.
