What is National Poetry Day?
National Poetry Day was founded in 1994 by the charity Forward Arts Foundation and encourages people to make, experience and share poetry.
When is National Poetry Day 2024?
It is held on the first Thursday of October. This year, National Poetry Day is on Thursday 3 October 2024.
