Peter Boggis has been in an ongoing dispute with English Nature and the authorities over whether he should have built the earthbank to protect the houses at Easton Bavants.听 The official Southwold sea defence work of 2006 stopped just short of his home, so he took matters into his own hands.听 However, the weather has got the better of him this winter.
