With only a day to go, the collective mood is lightening as the couples jive and joke in equal measure...
Christine and Matt are their usual jovial selves, ribbing each other about wetting themselves and pulling funny faces. Matt calls Christine Irish, big and heavy and the pair fall about laughing. The bubbly presenter is clearly still really enjoying her training, but yesterday, Matt had to work hard to bring her out of herself and pushed her to be as sexy as she can, which is something that Christine clearly worries about! However, the pair are constantly laughing, giggling and teasing each other and they seem to really enjoy each other's company.
Karen and Gary continue to strive for a faultless routine, with Karen describing her partner as "a perfectionist in the kitchen, a perfectionist on the dance floor, and hopefully a perfectionist on Saturday night". The combative twosome are still full of banter though, with Gary his usual talkative self, continuously discussing the reasons behind each mistake they make. Karen generally keeps him in check, informing him that he's a natural dancer and telling him off as his dancing veers towards the Hokey Cokey!
Meanwhile, Jessie and Darren are in high spirits as they rehearse both the group dance and the Salsa. Jessie gets excited and giggles every time she gets her routine right, and the pair laugh a lot when they have to practice their lifts, with Jessie struggling to maintain her rigid legs. Rather anti-socially, Darren has eaten garlic the night before and Jessie comments that she keeps getting a whiff as they practise, adding that the smell is curling her hair.
