James is in charge of Cherie in the Rumba, whilst Vincent does banter and ballroom with Rachel.
Cherie's having some trouble with the Rumba's steps but picks them up quickly with James' instruction. They show their shared desire to be the best when James says, "I expect it to be perfect," and Cherie agrees. She's progressing well and enjoying learning the dance despite the technicalities, but remarks "This is the biggest challenge for me, I wish I had more time for it." James even admits at one point that it has taken him 20 years to learn the Rumba and he's still perfecting it, but Cherie's just going to have to get it right in seven days! She comments that she's relinquishing control to her partner in order to get the positions right, and cheeky James retorts, "Yeah baby, they all do eventually!"
More cheek in Rachel and Vincent's camp, as the S Club 7 star teases her partner about his accent and mispronunciation of words. It's all light-hearted banter though, and the two seem pleased with their progress in the Quickstep so far. Vincent spends some time teaching Rachel about some of the technique related to the dance, and comments that although she seems excited about the Quickstep, it's too early for him to tell if she'll be a good ballroom dancer. He's still confident though, and the pair are hopeful that they'll be able to pull out another great performance...
