Rachel and Vincent welcome some surprise visitors to their session - Rachel's best friends, clad in pink tutus! The five girls burst into the training room, and the look on Rachel's face is priceless.

Along with the tutus, the girls are armed with scoring paddles so that they can rate the couple's Foxtrot. One of Rachel's friends even offers to teach Vincent the moonwalk. After a little demonstration of their own moves, Vincent & Rachel put the tutus on and Vincent even finds the time to give one of the girls a quick Rumba lesson.

Rachel exclaims that her pals' visit has given her a real boost and that she hopes to do them proud on Saturday night. Her friends, meanwhile, are full of praise for her success so far, and say how proud they are of the singer's efforts. The couple's Foxtrot is already very well-polished, and when Rachel asks the assembled crowd what they think, the answer is a show of 10s all round!
