Find out what's happening in Strictly Come Dancing 2009

There was no sign of bottom two blues in the training room, as Lisa and Brendan made positive mental attitude the order of the day. The pair spent their time working on their Foxtrot, having previously focused on their Cha Cha. Despite glimmers of low self-confidence creeping through on occasions, Lisa appeared to be excited by the Foxtrot and frequently remarked how pretty the dance is.
Part of the reason for Lisa's boost in confidence was the lovely letters and cards sent in by supporters. Lisa especially loved the hand drawn ones from children and explained how lovely it was to receive such support, especially when she was feeling low about her bottom two track record.
There were a few times when Lisa stood on Brendan's feet, but Brendan is determined to change any negative attitudes into positive and says it is part of his job to keep her upbeat and strong. After it seemed to click into place for Lisa and she danced perfectly, she agreed that Brendan was the best man for the job to keep nerves at bay and motivation high.
Brendan even mentioned that after training he felt that they could easily be in the final, with maybe the Foxtrot being the better one of the two this week. Lisa has definitely bounced back and the couple are united in their partnership.
