Find out what's happening in Strictly Come Dancing 2009

Rachel and Vincent are really getting to grips with their passionate Rumba routine this week; so much so that Vincent was moved to say this will be the most passionate Rumba Strictly has ever seen. Their session started with the pair discussing the story of the dance, it's twists and turns, as Rachel is to act in love, out of love and then in love again. The pair agree it is full of drama, which led Vincent to say 'it's such a good story our Rumba, they should make a film out of it!'
After going to work on the basic technique, it was clear Rachel was picking it up relatively easily, and enjoying it. Vincent put so much raunch into their routine that although Rachel was obviously struggling to control her giggles in some of their more intimate moments, it was Vincent who was worrying the most, asking 'What would your grandma say?' Although ultimately Vincent is excited about their passionate routine and Rachel is really enjoying throwing herself into this dance.
Cherie and James are also getting in the mood for their Cha Cha this week, even bringing in Ola to help them perfect their choreography. Perhaps watching Ola helped Cherie pick up the steps, as she seemed to master them remarkably quickly. They have a difficult routine though and Cherie began to get hard on herself - commenting on her frustration every time she put a foot wrong.
Cherie often feels her nerves get the better of her on a Saturday night, and as such she doesn't want to jinx herself by thinking too much this week, simply aiming to 'have fun' and enjoy this dance, which she's picking up with increasing confidence.
