After excelling in her ballroom performances so far, this week's Cha Cha Cha presents Cherie with the chance to bring her Latin routines up to scratch. It's time for the English Rose to give way to her fiery, Italian side!

She threw herself into the moves in practice, showing her determination. "I'm going to get rid of that mental barrier and approach it as positively as I can," she declared.

However, the competition is clearly hotting up and Cherie and partner James are desperate to get her routine step-perfect, while also having a bit of fun along the way. "This week I want Cherie to go out there and enjoy herself," said James.

At the end of the day though it's all down to the judges and both Cherie and James agreed that four nine's last week despite Cherie's nerves were great scores but also something to improve on. "It's time to turn it on," said Cherie. "I'm not gonna let the choreography intimidate me, I'm gonna dance it like I've drunk 3 beers at a family do!"
