After John Sergeant's departure, Tom and Austin are the only celebrity chaps left in the competition. Our playful actor hopes to remain in contention for the Strictly crown with after his Tango routine, while former England Rugby star Austin tackles the Cha Cha.

Tom has found his Tango training pretty tough going, revealing that he's "panicking" and at one point screaming, "I wish I could laugh!" But Camilla has been on hand to reassure him and provide the odd pep talk.

Austin has been trying to get into character for his Cha Cha performance. In training, there where moments of banter and cheek, especially when Erin asked our sports star to imagine he was wearing a skirt whilst doing his hip moves.

Both boys are well aware that the competition will be tough this weekend. For Tom, it's all about embracing the intensity of the Tango; and for Austin it's all about letting go...
