Training kicked off with a different mood today. The realisation of the task ahead seems to have focussed the pair. The morning started with Tom and Camilla concentrating on the Argentine Tango. Their initial focus descended into giggles as they end their routine in a passionate embrace.

After their Tango practice, Tom and Camilla continue with their jive rehearsal. The couple entered into a mock-squabble, with Camilla teasing Tom about what judge, Craig Revel Horwood might say if he saw his legs! Then Ian Waite joined Tom and Camilla later in the afternoon to show Tom a few ways in which to perfect the kicks and hands.

Tom says he is looking forward to doing the Argentine Tango because it means they're officially in the semi-final. However, he also talks about his worries about it given the fact that Rachel's tango was fantastic last week and Lisa no doubt will be brilliant.

Tom realises the pressure is on and really doesn't want to leave; "Austin leaving the show has been a big wake up call for me - that could have been me…. I don't want to leave, I don't wanna be in his shoes - I want to come back next year!"
