Rachel is performing a Cha Cha and Tango this week. Training has started well and our pop princess is in good spirits, despite finding herself in the dance-off last weekend. Vincent has choreographed a very cheeky Cha Cha routine - at one point during the dance, Rachel actually slaps him on the bum!

Looking back at last weekend, Rachel admits that she was disappointed with her Paso marks, especially after getting such a great score for the Waltz. But she's so glad to have made it through and is determined to fight for her place in the competition.

As for Vincent, surviving last weekend's dance-off and seeing Christine leave the competition left him in floods of tears, which made Rachel realise just how much the contest means to him too.

Vincent knows that Rachel will have to nail this week's performances if there's any hope of them reaching the semi-final. Rachel is in complete agreement and adds that she can't wait to dance the Ballroom Tango with her world champion dance partner!
