As Lisa began training for her two dances this week, she still seemed to be on a high after getting through the latest dance-off and making it through to the semi-final. She revealed that she has to keep pinching herself because she has danced against all the other amazing dancers, and is back in rehearsals again. She just doesn't want her Strictly experience to end.

Lisa seemed genuinely excited to learn the Argentine Tango for this week, and the prospect of getting into the sexy, intimate character of the dance. Brendan also expressed his confidence that while rival Vincent might have the edge on him when it comes to this dance, he doesn't have Lisa as his partner!

The couple then practised their quickstep routine and put all their reserves of energy into it; whizzing around, and Lisa's giddy mood led her to say; 'I love it that we're still here week 13!!'.

Lisa is looking forward to doing this classic quickstep because it will give her opportunity to rectify the mistakes which led to her and Brendan being marked down the last time they performed it. And Lisa knows that both dances will have a lot to live up to, to match her recent success, and propel her to the final.
