With all three couples performing the Argentine Tango in this Saturday's semi-final, we caught up with Flavia Cacace to find out more about the dance.

What's the best way to describe the Argentine Tango?

The Argentine Tango is probably the most passionate dance - it's all about telling a story.

What is your favourite thing about the dance?

It's got to be the music!

What advice would you give our semi-finalists?

It's very different to anything else they've done so far, so they need to really focus. They need to try to adopt the new style, hold and body position in order to look as comfortable as possible.

If you were to compose an advert for the perfect Argentine Tango celebrity partner what would it say?

I'd say somebody Mediterranean, dark, handsome, moody and passionate!

Why is the Argentine Tango your favourite?

It's my favourite because the music tells a story and because it's very intricate and clever. There's also a lot of meaning behind the dance.

What type of dress is best for the Argentine Tango?

The dresses most suitable are not as glitzy as ballroom and Latin dresses - they're a little bit more like cocktail dresses and evening dresses. Generally the skirts tend to be pencil line with splits to allow for freedom of movement.

What's the hardest part of the dance?

The timing of the feet and the legs. There's a lot of intertwining of the feet and the legs and that's probably the hardest thing.

What will the judges be looking out for?

They will be looking for musicality and drama and a really strong performance. I think Arlene will be looking mostly for the performance - she'll want to see a story and lots of passion and drama. Len will probably focus on the way they use their feet and point their toes - the technical side. Craig looks for a more general sort of drama and the way they use the music and flashy steps and lifts. Bruno's going to want to see a lot of flashy actions and the couples really acting out the part.
