Hello My Name is Melvin Rao I am 20 years old.

Childhood

I was born in Malawi 鈥榯he warm heart of Africa鈥�.
I moved over to England during the winter of December 1999. I arrived at Manchester airport on the 12th December at half eight in the morning wearing jeans and a t-shirt鈥� and yes, it was a freezing experience. Any ways I was 10 years old at the time and the rest is history.

I am studying Music Broadcasting at Staffordshire University. I have recently finished my second year and I am look forward to my final year, which I am due to start in September.听

Getting into University has to be one of my best moments to date. It was the start of many good things in life, like this fantastic placement that I am doing with 91热爆 Stoke.

Inspirations

I am inspired by the likes of Muhammad Ali, Chris Gardner, and Nelson Mandela.

Muhammad Ali in particular has the status of sports man of the century and to date he remains the only boxer to have won the heavyweight championship of the world three times.
Apart from his sporting achievements what inspires me the most about Muhammad Ali is how he stood up for what he believed in, even when it meant that he would go to jail and worse get stripped of his title... and who can forget, what a comedian Ali was? Watching a clip or reading a joke by him never fails to amuse me.

Hobbies

Likes: I am really big comedy fan. I like watching comedy programmes and stand-up comedy acts. Chris Rock, Chris Tucker, Bernie Mack and Katt Williams are some of my favourites.
In my free time I am a dj and I paint.
