Lizzy Yarnold to make skeleton return in Germany
Olympic skeleton champion Lizzy Yarnold will return to the British team for the third World Cup event of the season.
The 26-year-old experienced dizziness while winning the season opener in the United States and missed the next event in Canada.
But she will race in Altenberg, Germany this week as she defends her 2013-14 World Cup title.
"I always enjoy competing in Europe as the tracks are varied and always challenging," said Yarnold.
"The atmosphere is brilliant and lots of family and friends come out to support me which I love."
Yarnold won gold at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
