Helena Lucas and Megan Pascoe win World Cup regatta medals
Great Britain's Helena Lucas won silver and Megan Pascoe took bronze in the 2.4mR Paralympic class at the sailing World Cup regatta in Hyeres, France.
Both women were in their podium positions going into the final day.
And they held off a challenge from Damien Seguin of France to keep their places with Germany's Heiko Kroger taking gold.
"I was expecting to be a little bit rusty so I'm pretty chuffed to come away with a silver medal," said Lucas.
The 37-year-old secured her first podium of 2013 while Pascoe, 26, added to her gold at the Miami World Cup in February and silver in Majorca earlier this month.
"I've really progressed with my speed and my attitude that I just keep coming back in races and just keep going, because you never know what's going to happen until the last race," said Pascoe.
