Tom Varndell: Wasps winger to join Bristol next season
Wasps winger Tom Varndell has agreed to join Championship leaders Bristol at the end of the season.
Capped four times by England, Varndell has made 125 appearances for the Premiership outfit, scoring 350 points.
Having begun his career at Leicester, he was the joint-top try scorer in the English top-flight in 2013 and has scored six in 11 games this season.
"I'm an ambitious person and I believe that Bristol matches my ambition," the 29-year-old told
"I have had a fantastic time at London Wasps and I thank the coaches, my team-mates and the supporters for making me so welcome for the past six years.
"We've still got a lot of exciting challenges ahead this season and I will be fully focused on doing all I can to help Wasps and the squad achieve our goals for the rest of this season."
