Brian O'Driscoll's injury fears ease ahead of Cup opener

Fears that Brian O'Driscoll could miss Leinster's Heineken Cup opener against debutants Exeter because of injury appear to have eased.

O'Driscoll left the field with an ankle injury in Saturday's win over Munster, but Leinster said on Monday he should be available for this weekend's game.

Kevin McLaughlin should also be available on Saturday despite picking up an arm injury against Munster.

However, Rob Kearney may miss out again because of a back injury.

Full-back Kearney missed the win over Munster after being injured in the Pro12 defeat by Connacht a week earlier.
