Forward Nathan Hannay named as new Jersey captain
Second row forward Nathan Hannay has been confirmed as Jersey's new club captain ahead of their first-ever season in the Championship.
The former Launceston player has helped the side to consecutive promotions in his two years in Jersey.
Hannay, 27, was skipper for the pre-season friendly against Leicester Tigers earlier in August.
The islanders face Loughborough Students on Saturday in their final warm-up match before the new season.
