Gavin Henson celebrated his debut for Toulon in the French championship by scoring his side's fourth try in a 38-10 home win over Stade Francais.

The 29-year-old crossed in the 67th minute and went on to complete the full 80 minutes at inside centre.

Henson had been out of action since January after injuring his calf playing for Saracens against Leinster.

Jonny Wilkinson kicked a personal haul of 18 points as Toulon kept alive their hopes of making the play-offs.

Henson made a shock move from Saracens to the south of France in early February, signing a five-month deal after being released by the London club.

His sights have already been set on making Wales' World Cup squad, and he has three more games in the regular Top 14 season to catch the eye of coach Warren Gatland.

"I'm aware there are summer internationals with Wales and a World Cup round the corner," he told 91热爆 Wales' Scrum V before his Toulon debut.

"If I manage to start the four games for Toulon I'd like to think that Wales would at least try me out in one of those [summer] games.

"I still think I have got a chance for the World Cup."
