Bradford thumped Salford to become the first Championship side to beat a Super League side in The Qualifiers.
The Bulls dominated throughout, scoring early tries from Dale Ferguson, Danny Williams and Jake Mullaney before Rangi Chase showed some great footwork to get Salford back in it.
Former Salford man Mullaney crossed again after the break before Danny Addy scored his side's fifth try.
Iain Thornley added a consolation after James Clare and Adrian Purtell tries.
The surprise result opens up the race to finish in the top four of The Qualifiers. The Bulls having now joined the Red Devils on two wins from their three games.
The Bulls host Widnes in a fortnight when Salford travel to Halifax.
