London Broncos to hold review of playing staff
The London Broncos board have decided to hold a mid-season review of the playing department.
The Twickenham Stoop outfit have won just two of their opening 13 Super League games and exited the Challenge Cup at the quarter-final stage.
The current squad, along with coaching, physiotherapy, and strength and conditioning areas, will be assessed.
The review will be led by two board members - club chairman David Hughes and chief executive Gus Mackay.
"The board are as frustrated as the fans that, after signing new players in the close season who are highly-experienced and come fully-recommended, performances have not matched expectations.
"This intervention is required to ensure that we can finish the season with some positive results and lay the foundation for the 2013 season both on and off the field."
