Ben Jones-Bishop in second injury blow for Leeds Rhinos
Leeds Rhinos winger Ben Jones-Bishop is likely to be out for four months after suffering a shoulder dislocation.
The 22-year-old, who scored a hat-trick in Leeds' opening day win against Bradford, was injured in the Rhinos' victory over Salford last week.
Rhinos head coach Brian McDermott said the news was a blow for England, as well as the player and his club.
McDermott said: "Ben was performing so well it looked as if we had a very exciting player for the national team."
Jones-Bishop spent last season on loan at Harlequins, but last September.
Leeds have recalled utility back Zak Hardaker from his loan spell at former club Featherstone, and the 19-year-old may make his debut in the home game against St Helens on Saturday.
McDermott backed Hardaker to make an immediate impression.
He said: "Zak has shown a real improvement on and off the field in recent weeks. He has been getting some good game-time with Featherstone and is well used to our systems as he trains the first part of the week with us each week."
