Wrexham 3-1 FC Halifax Town: Dragons maintain perfect home form with win
Wrexham came from behind to beat Halifax and maintain their 100% home record.
Emmanuel Dieseruvwe's penalty put Halifax ahead after he had been fouled by Aaron Hayden.
Sam Johnson made a point-blank save to deny Ollie Palmer before Ben Tozer equalised with a deflected shot.
Substitute Jordan Davies' excellent finish put Wrexham ahead and Hayden's header sealed victory in the final minute.
Wrexham remain second in the table, three points behind leaders Notts County, while Halifax drop one place to 19th.
Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson said:
"Obviously pleased with the three points. I thought first half we were too slow and that wasn't us and weren't dynamic enough.
"Last 15 minutes of the first half I thought we started to play like I know we can play and by the second half we were different side and we were more positive in everything that we did.
"I think it's a reminder for us as a team that we've had games here when we've been two, three up at half-time but we've got no divine right - football's hard and to win you've got to be flat out all of the time."
