Keith Keane joins Stevenage on loan from Cambridge United

Stevenage have signed midfielder Keith Keane from League Two rivals Cambridge United on loan until 20 February.

Injuries have limited Keane to only four appearances for the U's since signing from Preston North End in May.

The 29-year-old returns for a second spell at Stevenage, having featured in seven games for the club in a one-month loan stay last season.

Stevenage are currently 19th in the League Two table, 10 points above the relegation zone.
