Hibernian sign striker Jamie Insall on three-year deal
Hibernian have signed English striker Jamie Insall on a three-year deal, subject to international clearance.
The former Kidderminster Harriers' youth player impressed on a month's trial with the Easter Road club.
Insall, 22, scored 42 goals last season for English non-league side Bromyard Town.
"It's a big step up, but I've waited a long time for my opportunity [in] full-time football and I'm determined to make the most of it," said Insall.
"My aim now is to repay the faith that the manager has shown in me working hard, developing my game and ultimately helping the first team by scoring goals.
"Playing in non-league football down south has given me a good grounding and, although I'm still quite raw, I've got a real hunger to kick on and make the most of my chance here at Hibs."
Head coach Alan Stubbs, who also bolstered his front line with season-long loan deals for Islam Feruz and Henri Anier, told the "We're pleased to have Jamie signed up for the next few years.
"Jamie has impressed on trial and he's earned his chance at taking the step up to professional football.
"We feel he's got the potential to succeed at the club and he now has the opportunity to work hard and develop his game with us."
Insall has been with Redditch United, Pershore Town, Littleton and, most recently, Stourbridge.
