League Cup third-round draw: Tottenham to host rivals Arsenal
Tottenham will host north London rivals Arsenal in the League Cup third round.
Holders Chelsea begin their defence of the trophy with a trip to League One Walsall, while Aston Villa will host local rivals Birmingham City.
Elsewhere, Manchester United and Liverpool were given home ties against Ipswich Town and Carlisle respectively.
There are three more ties between Premier League sides: Sunderland host Manchester City, Norwich host West Brom and Leicester host West Ham.
Meanwhile, Championship Preston's reward for knocking out top-flight Watford is a home draw against another newly promoted Premier League side, Bournemouth.
