Plymouth Argyle manager Derek Adams says there are unlikely to be any more permanent additions to his squad.

Adams, who took over as Argyle manager last month, has brought in five new players this summer, including three from clubs in his native Scotland.

"From a permanent point of view, it looks like we're finished," Adams told 91热爆 Radio Devon.

"The only additions would be loan signings at this moment in time," added the former Ross County manager.

Plymouth reached the League Two play-offs under John Sheridan last season but lost to Wycombe at the semi-final stage.

"We've taken five signings and I think we've used the budget that we've been given very well," said Adams.

"We've had to be creative and we've been able to do that. We've got the nucleus of the squad from last year, as well as the players we've added from this year."
