FA Trophy final: Kieron Morris hopes for better Wembley outcome
Midfielder Kieron Morris is keen to make up for Walsall's Wembley disappointment in the FA Trophy final with Wrexham on Sunday.
Walsall's Morris, 20, is on loan at the Racecourse until the end of the season, but travelled with the Saddlers for the Football League Trophy final.
Bristol City beat Walsall 2-0 but Morris hopes to be on the winning side against North Ferriby United.
"I want to win this weekend with Wrexham," he said.
"It was the first time I had been to Wembley and to go there [with Walsall] was a good experience.
"Obviously it was disappointing seeing Walsall lose, but Bristol City were better on the day and deserved to win.
"All the players were disappointed in the changing rooms afterwards so with Wrexham I want to win and turn it around."
Morris has scored four goals since joining on loan in January, with two goals coming in the FA Trophy semi-final second leg win at Torquay United.
Conference North side North Ferriby will be Wrexham's opponents in their second FA Trophy final in three seasons.
"They're the underdogs but they will be up for it," Morris added.
"It's going to be a tough challenge for us and we've got to make sure we're prepared on the day and get the win."
