Scott Loach: Rotherham United keeper joins Peterborough on loan
Peterborough United have signed Rotherham goalkeeper Scott Loach on a one-month loan deal.
The 26-year-old former Watford player has made seven appearances this season, three of them during a Bury loan spell.
Posh's first-choice keeper Ben Alnwick is expected to be out for up to two months with a thigh injury.
Loach was once called up to train with the England squad in 2010 and was reportedly in the same year.
But he has failed to hold down a regular spot at the Millers, who he joined from Ipswich Town in the summer.
"I jumped at the opportunity of coming to Peterborough," said Loach. "As a keeper, you need first-team football and when I heard of the club's interest, it was a move I was keen to make."
