Alefe Santos: Notts County sign Derby County winger

Notts County have signed Brazil-born winger Alefe Santos on an initial one-month loan from Derby County.

The 19-year-old started his career with Bristol Rovers and joined the Rams on a two-year deal in July 2014.

"I am a very direct player who likes to run at the full-back and get crosses in and create chances for the team," Santos told 91热爆 Radio Nottingham.

He made his professional debut for the Pirates in November 2012 and played a total of 28 games for the club.

Santos, who lived in Brazil until he was 12, has made one appearance for Derby, in the Capital One Cup victory over Charlton in August.

"Football in Brazil is a lot easier," Santos said. "Here it is a lot more physical. I do miss home a bit, but my football is here now and I have to adapt."
