Paddy Kenny: Bolton Wanderers sign former Leeds goalkeeper
Bolton Wanderers have signed former Leeds United goalkeeper Paddy Kenny on a short-term contract.
The 36-year-old left Leeds by mutual consent in August after rumours emerged that owner Massimo Cellino asked that Kenny not be selected.
There were reports that the Italian considered Kenny's birthday, 17 May, to be unlucky.
Kenny becomes the second Bolton signing this week after striker Max Clayton joined from League One side Crewe.
The former Sheffield United man, who moved to Elland Road from QPR, won the last of his seven Republic of Ireland caps in 2006.
Kenny is available for Bolton's Championship game at Wolves on Saturday.
