Aston Villa striker Callum Robinson joins Preston on loan
League One side Preston have signed teenage Aston Villa striker Callum Robinson on loan until 18 October.
The 19-year-old is available to face Chesterfield in League One on Tuesday.
Robinson made five substitute appearances for Villa last season, four of them in the Premier League, but has yet to feature this term.
With Jordan Hugill suspended for three games after his red card at Walsall on Saturday, Robinson will add some competition in attack for North End.
Preston manager Simon Grayson told the "He's a player we have watched a lot.
"Villa hold him in high regard and that is why they have only just allowed him to come out on loan."
