Wigan hope to complete the signing of striker Andy Delort from French club FC Tours on Monday.

The 22-year-old was paraded in front of the Latics fans prior to kick-off at Saturday's game against Birmingham.

However, Tours subsequently issued a statement saying that a fee had yet to be agreed between the clubs.

Wolves also made an offer for Delort, who previously played for Nimes and Ajaccio, but it appears that he has set his sights on a move to the DW Stadium.

Meanwhile, there is confusion over Wigan's efforts to sign midfielder Adam Forshaw from Rosler's former club Brentford.

However, the deal has yet to be completed despite 22-year-old Forshaw travelling north last week.

"Adam said goodbye on Monday morning at seven o'clock to go up to Wigan," Brentford boss Mark Warburton told 91热爆 London 94.9, following their 2-0 win at Rotherham on Saturday.

"I'd have thought it it would have been done by now, but it hasn't been for whatever reason. I imagine he wants peace of mind about what he's doing.

"I don't know what's going on, but hopefully the powers that be will resolve things accordingly."
