Former St Johnstone full-back Irvine, 29 has been with the Dens Park club since 2010.
Conroy, 27 leaves the Taysiders after three years, during which time he scored 25 goals for the club.

The former Scotland Under-21 player featured regularly and scored seven times as Dundee won last season's second tier title.
"The club would like to thank Ryan for his efforts over the years and wish him all the best for the future,"
