Martyn Waghorn: Wigan sign Leicester striker on permanent deal
Wigan Athletic have signed on-loan striker Martyn Waghorn on a permanent basis from Leicester City.
The 24-year-old has scored three times in nine appearances since joining the Latics in January.
Under Football League rules, long-term loans can be turned into permanent deals outside a transfer window.
Waghorn is out of contract at Leicester, the Championship leaders, in the summer and he has agreed a three-year deal with Uwe Rosler's side.
