Shrewsbury Town 0-1 Tranmere Rovers
Andy Robinson's late first-half strike earned victory for Tranmere Rovers, who condemned fellow strugglers Shrewsbury Town to a third straight home defeat.
Danny Holmes' cross was cleverly nodded down by Town old boy Ryan Lowe for Robinson to fire a low shot from 20 yards into the bottom corner.
Tranmere keeper Owain Fon Williams only had to make one save, a second-half shot from Tom Eaves.
But home left-back Joe Jacobson went close in injury time, volleying over.

Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner told 91热爆 Radio Shropshire:
"Tranmere came here with a game plan and defended in depth. They were quite happy to clear their lines. But what we did do that was criminal was concede the goal the way we did before half time.
"You could see the lack of confidence - as a result of losing back-to-back games at home. It is at times like this that we have to come together.
"You can talk about confidence. It is not easy - especially losing against someone below us at home - but we have to protect the players' confidence going into the game with Preston on Sunday."
