Bury manager Ronnie Jepson told 91热爆 Radio Manchester:
"It's great for the supporters and especially for the players. We keep working them and asking them to do certain things and they've stuck to their task.
"It would have been two 1-0 wins on the spin if it hadn't been for one little slip on Saturday.
"We saw the game out quite easily. It would have been nice to get that second goal but it wasn't to be."
