Celtic's Scott Brown to learn Uefa ban fate on Friday
Celtic captain Scott Brown will have his appeal against an extended Champions League ban heard on Friday.
Uefa imposed an additional two matches on top of an automatic one-game suspension following Brown's red card for a foul on Barcelona's Neymar.
He sat out the 2-1 win over Ajax and is set to miss the return in Amsterdam and AC Milan's visit to Glasgow.
The 28-year-old midfielder will appear at the hearing in Switzerland, along with a representative from Celtic.
Celtic visit Ajax on 6 November and host Milan on 26 November.
Manager Neil Lennon explained last week: "We would like him there to put his point across.
"He has a good disciplinary record and I think that should stand him in good stead as well."
Referee Stephane Lannoy dismissed Brown after he appeared to trip then aim a kick at Neymar during Barcelona's 1-0 win in Glasgow on 1 October.
Brown later admitted that he "made a mistake" in getting sent off but maintained the decision was "harsh".
After the game, Lennon called the red card "very soft", adding "if there was any contact, it was minimal".
