Paul Konchesky back in favour at Leicester City
Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson says left-back Paul Konchesky is back in the first-team reckoning after a transfer away fell through earlier this week.
Konchesky has been linked with a move to City's Championship rivals Brighton and was left out of the squad for last weekend's win over Derby County.
But he is in the squad for the game with Birmingham City on Saturday.
"There was interest from another club, but it didn't materialise," Pearson told 91热爆 Radio Leicester.
"He's training with us and, will be considered for the weekend and I'm pleased to have him."
Konchesky, who started the opening two league games of this season, joined City from Liverpool for an undisclosed fee in 2011.
