Dundee challenge John Brown suspension over referee comments
Dundee will challenge a one-match touchline ban offered to manager John Brown following his comments about referee Alan Muir.
Brown was unhappy at the award of a penalty against his side in Sunday's draw with Aberdeen.
The 51-year-old also warned he would quit football should he be disciplined.
Niall McGinn converted from the spot and the 1-1 result confirmed the Dens Park side's relegation from the Scottish Premier League.
Brown described Muir's decision to award Aberdeen a penalty in their crucial 1-1 draw as a "disgrace".
A Dundee spokesman said: "Dundee FC can confirm that we will be appealing against the SFA complaint issued against manager John Brown yesterday.
"The appeal is scheduled to take place at Hampden on 30 May and no further comment will be made until after that appeal is heard."
